The Société Générale Group intranet portal is the gateway to corporate tools for its 150,000 employees. Some 60 intranets are represented, from all the banking professions: central offices, branches, private banks, subsidiaries abroad, ALD, Crédit du Nord…. The portal redesign project fits into the new communication ecosystem of the group, which should emerge in the course of 2020. Its challenges:
1. Improve the contributors’ experience.
2. Offer employees a personalized and fluid digital experience.
3. Promote employee ownership and commitment.
Working the UX / IU intranet of a large group has a huge impact, but is not without difficulty. Notably because of the size of the company, its complex organization and its ramified hierarchical structure. My UX/UI certification project with Usabilis focused on the intranet portal redesign project. The proposed model is displayed next to it. I got my certification in 2019, the content of the dissertation was:
1. Existing study: Background / Pre-audit / Reports / Personae and customary scenarios.
2. Design: Design Strategy / Application Architecture / Storyboard Scenario / Mobile Interface / Responsive Design / Graphical Chart.
3. User tests: Questionnaires / Interviews / Perception tests / Usability test.
I have also worked on other UX / UI projects. In 2014-2015, during the transition to Big Data, the standards of the Société Générale Group. The new site allows employees to optimize the search and retrieval of cross-border banking standards. Currently I am working on improving the ergonomics of More With Project, a solution that coexists with Microsoft Project to revisit the working environment of the project manager.
