In 2016, I saw the arrival of the corporate social network at Société Générale. As a Product Owner web/digital, I accompanied the banking professions in the appropriation of digital tools. At the closest trades, I was the preferred interface with technical teams and UX/UI designers. The whole question was to deliver quality feedback to ensure the best user experience.
In the Change Management team, I participated in the promotion of the web services offer. Through various channels: Digital Interact, Digital Days, Users Club and Training.
As the different interactions, I noticed a huge change. At first, it seemed difficult to express his hobbies, his passions… in the very normal setting of the bank. Little by little, and thanks to the impetus given by the Group, to the conduct of strengthened change, confidence has been established. Communication has grown, the social network has become widely used and acclaimed by most employees.
Today, I help IT managers in setting up or managing the change of the corporate social network. With a focus on the particular issues of major groups: the establishment of a dedicated transverse governance, interactions with other communication tools.
